Car Park Payment Systems

EasyPark Parking Payment App

EasyPark is a parking payment app that you can use to pay for your parking in CPP non-boom gate entry car parks. To get started; download the EasyPark app to your smart device, register your details with EasyPark, and start your parking session. Remember to end your parking session to ensure you only pay for the time you use.

The EasyPark app charges an additional service fee for users, with rates varying depending on whether you're a casual user or on a business account. This service fee goes to EasyPark, not the City of Perth.

For more information or to download the app, please visit easypark.com.au or contact EasyPark directly on 1300 734 070.

Ticket machines (Pay and display ticket)

These machines are found in the majority of CPP car parks, including non-boom gate entry car parks, ground level and some of the undercover car park facilities.

Payment accepted: Cash, credit card.
Cash accepted: $2, $1, 50c, 20c and 10c. No change given.

Under this system customers must purchase a ticket from the ticket machine for the required time that the vehicle will be parked and display the ticket face up on the left-hand side of the dashboard.

Automated pay machines (Pay as you leave)

Automated pay machines are used in the following car parks: Concert Hall, Citiplace, Convention Centre, Cultural Centre, Elder Street, His Majesty's, Pier Street, Roe Street and State Library. This system is also in the Terrace Road open-air car park.

Payment accepted: Cash, credit card.
Cash accepted: $2, $1, 50c, 20c and 10c. Some machines accept $50 notes. Change given.

A ticket is issued at the entry boom gate. Before returning to the vehicle to exit the car park, customers must pay for their parking by visiting one of the automated pay machines. The machine will collect monies owing and validate the ticket.
Customers can then return to their vehicles and exit the facility by inserting the ticket at the exit boom gate.

We would like to remind our customers that tickets should be stored away from any magnetic sources including RFID Protection Wallets as these may damage the ticket. Failure to do so may result in a full day fee or more if the ticket is destroyed.

Licence Plate Recognition System

At Goderich Street, Mayfair Street, Council House, Regal Place and Turvey Lane car parks.

Simply enter the licence plate number on the screen or the approximate time entering the car park to bring up images of the vehicle that matches the licence plate. Once selected, either press the pre-pay button or the pay for exit button to make payment. The boom gate will automatically open when the vehicle approaches the exit.
