Council House Car Park is a basement level car park. It has two Disability parking bays situated near the lift lobby and there is one additional Disability bay on ground level just outside the car park. The lift into the Council House foyer is only accessible during business hours (Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm) and with prior arrangements due to building security restrictions.
