Parking Machine Faults

Parking Meter (pay-by-plate)

To report a parking meter fault in a pay-by-plate car park or on-street parking bay, please stay at the meter and call our parking meter maintenance team, Duncan Solutions, on 1300 187 603  for assistance.

 

Automatic Payment Machines (boom gate entry car parks)

To report a fault in our boom gate entry car parks, please use an intercom at any pay machines or entry/exit, or call the City of Perth on 1300 889 613 for assistance. 

When speaking with one of our Customer Experience team members please have the below information available:

  • Description of the fault
  • Location of ticket machine i.e. car park name, street, nearest cross street
  • Payment machine number
  • Vehicle description i.e. registration number
 

IMPORTANT - Please note:

  1. If the Credit Card payment facility is offline, customers must use the EasyPark App or cash where available.
  2. If no fault is found, an infringement may be issued.
  3. Please refer to City of Perth Parking Terms and Conditions.
  4. Please note that when parked in a time restricted zone, it is an offence to "feed" the parking equipment to extend the time beyond the displayed limit.
