Permit Types

• Rate A and C (Standard and Flexible): Permit holders can park in any vacant bay in the car park not designated for other purposes, e.g. Accessible Parking (ACROD), No Standing, Authorised Vehicles.
• Rate D (Premium): Permit holders can park in a dedicated bay with signage.

How to Apply for Permit Parking

1. Complete the online application form.
2. Read the Terms and Conditions of Use.
3. Submit completed online application form.

Please Note:

• New requests should be submitted ten (10) working days prior to your required start date.
• Permits are for a minimum of 3-months then ongoing and are billed on a monthly basis.
• Cancellations require 30 days prior written notice.
• Cancelled or revoked dashboard permits not returned to the City of Perth will incur full charges for the validity of the permit.
• Long Term Parking Fees & Charges may be subject to change, without prior notice, due to future fee increases.

Additional Information: 

• A one-off charge applies for Rate D signage and dashboard display permit.
• Car parks requiring remote access device will have a refundable security deposit payable. Conditions apply.
• Fees apply for replacement of lost or stolen permits, or amendments to details such as registration numbers etc.
• Payment in full is required prior to collection of permit / remote access device.
• Applications received for car parks with a closed waitlist status will not be actioned.
